Happy Duck Coffee strives to provide quality products and customer service.

Because our products are food-related consumables, all sales are generally final.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis prior to shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is generally not possible.

Returns

We do not accept returns for coffee, consumable products, or opened products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We may request photographs or additional information regarding the issue.

At our sole discretion, we may:

  • Replace the item;

  • Issue store credit; or

  • Provide a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened coffee products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items
